The Columbia County Volunteers in Medicine Clinic opened its doors March 29, 2007 in a small office borrowed from Columbia Montour Family Health on Market Street in Berwick. Quickly outgrowing that space, the Clinic moved to Mifflinville in June of 2007 in a building donated by Mr. and Mrs. Miles Katerman. The Clinic was open one day per week with a volunteer physician and supporting clinical and administrative volunteers. Over the years, the clinic has expanded office hours to four days a week with more than 15 medical volunteers giving of their time. We couldn’t do it without them!

I am a 20 year old college student at Bloomsburg University. I have grown up my entire life in Bloomsburg where I attended Central Columbia High School. While I was in high school I played three sports, golf, basketball and I also ran track. Golf has always been a passion of mine and I have played it competitively for over 10 years. I am currently employed at Rolling Pines Golf Course in Berwick as the assistant to the Head Professional. View all posts by CJ Hollister
